In fiscal year 2022, provisions amounting to ¥1,839 million have been recorded as litigation loss provisions for potential losses related to civil lawsuits in certain overseas consolidated subsidiaries.It should be noted that there were no employee terminations resulting from violations of the anti-corruption policy and no lawsuits, fines, penalty charges, or settlement money related to corruption.
